I half kid about the title, but I would like to take a minute to point out that we have killed every end game boss in the game.   Sure we have more to do, but as a raiding guild we've never been in this poistion.

This is a good thing, and this is where we want to be.  We will have time an opportunity to gear up and prepare for the next raid instance.

There has always been a balance between between raiding and burnout, and I think that one the most important things for us to do now is try to make sure that we have a long term vision about where we are going.  

But this has been an accomplishment.   I know that alot of people have said that WoW has been made easier, and that might be true, but it doesn't take away that we've played well, and we've played agressivly.
